What's included in the flight cost?
Prices you receive include all costs for the performance of your flight including, for example, handling fees, fuel, crew costs, jet hire, catering, etc.. The only thing which could be billed separately after the flight is de-icing.
How can I pay for the flight?
You can pay by wire or use your credid card (it may incur additional banking fees). Depending on the aircraft you may always need to provide a credit card as a guarantee if the wire doesn't hit the bank account before the flight due to short notice.
Do you check the condition of aircraft?
We work only with high quality operators and owners that are able to guarantee the perfect condition of their aircraft as well as high quality onboard. Thanks to our wide user base we are able to gather feedback from our clients to our internal rating system which allows us to serve only the best fo our clients.
How do you ensure pricing transparency?
We sign an contarct with our client with a fixed commission inscribed, and a flight confirmation with the operator can be provided to you upon request as proof of the price. We are also always ready to sign a contract directly between the client and the operator, our commission will be registered as well.
